Your kitchen
Edesia cooks the way your kitchen does.
Share it with the people you cook with, in English, Romanian or Hungarian, each with its own measures, through a year of fasts, feasts and jars.

One book, one plan, one list, for everyone at the stove.
Invite the people you cook with by email. When they say yes, they share your book, your plan and your shopping list; their own kitchen stays, and they can go back to it.
- The same bookA recipe one of you adds, or changes, is there for all.
- The same planSunday’s dinner and its start time, on every phone.
- The same listTicked together, even from two shops.
- Still yoursJoining is a yes, never automatic; leaving takes one tap.
Three languages, each with its own measures.
A Hungarian kitchen weighs rice in dkg, a Romanian one counts linguri. Every recipe is written in all three, so a family that cooks in two languages cooks from one book.

The year of a Romanian kitchen.
Edesia knows the fasts and the feasts. In a fast it suggests dishes without meat or milk; before Christmas and Easter, the cozonac and the sarmale; at the end of summer, the jars.
Today is 1 November. The Christmas fast starts in 14 days.

Dishes without meat or milk: a vegetable ciorbă, beans, sarmale with mushrooms.

Cozonac, sarmale and the lamb, planned back from the table like any meal.

Zacuscă, pickles and jams, with the jars counted on the shopping list.
A new kitchen is never empty.
Edesia’s classics are the dishes a Romanian table expects, written and checked by us, each with its story, its ways and its plan. Save one to your book, and it is yours to change.
